Interview (via Skype – checking general motivation & attitude, 3-4 questions on Biology and Chemistry)
It is not required to sit or pass HPAT exams to study medicine in Poland.
STAGE 2:
Required documents (scans emailed to support@medicalpoland.ie) and hardcopies sent (via courier or registered post) to Medical Poland, 77 Lower Camden St., St. Kevin's, Dublin 2, D02 XE80:
- your upper secondary school leaving certificate or diploma which:
- is validated (legalised) or affixed with apostille,
- gives the right to apply to all types of higher education institutions in the country where it was issued and is equal to the Polish upper secondary school leaving certificate,
- includes grades in the following subjects: (1) Biology and (2) Chemistry or Physics.
- a document confirming your right to apply to all types of higher education institutions in your home country (school or Examination Commission) reading that you are eligible to apply to third level institutions (universities) in Ireland;
- a valid health certificate confirming your ability to take up studies:Health Certificate14.03 KB
- valid vaccination records (against hepatitis B);
- a certified (e.g. stamped by Garda) copy of your passport;
- 4 valid photographs without head cover;
- valid health insurance copy (EHIC card and/or private international health insurance policy)
The documents will need to be provided in hardcopies before the end of August (except the LC results) - sent by couruer or registered post to: Medical Poland Admission Office, 77 Lower Camden St., St. Kevin's, Dublin 2, D02 XE80. The LC results to be provided as soon as possible.
Payments:
Collegium Medicum requires successful applicants to make a 6000 PLN payment towards their tuition fees within two weeks of the letter og conditional offer. More information on fees here. Collegium Medicum Bydgoszcz bank account details here.
Arrival dates and student accommodation:
The academic year formally starts on 1st October and new students are recommended to arrive a couple of days before to get used to the campus.

Preparing for the programme:
New students are strongly suggested to enroll on a Medicine Preparatory Programme (either by Medical Poland Admission Office or by the university) to prepare to the challenging programme revising their knowledge of biology, chemistry and physics.
